Instructions for replacing the strap:

Remove the close the box and manually roll the shutter onto the roller.

Hold the shutter steady by inserting a stop in the side rails.

Photo 1 - Once the belt to be replaced has been completely unwound , remove it by cutting the knot that secures it to the pulley. Thread the new belt through the belt loop and into the pulley cut making a knot.

Photo 2 - Pull the belt and tension the knot. Lower the roller shutter bearing in mind that the belt must hang over the roller shutter by about 50cm.

Photo 3 - Unscrew the roller shutter plate from the wall. Remove the old belt from the spring drum and insert the new one into the belt guide.

Photo 4 - Rotate the roller shutter drum in such a way as to fully load the spring inside it.

Photo 5 - Fasten the belt by holding the drum still, taking care not to let it go suddenly.
