ATTENTION: The times indicated below refer to custom-made production and the concurrent packaging of the goods. Delivery occurs in 1 or 2 business days following (unless delayed by the courier) from the moment the express courier picks up the goods from our warehouse.
- We sell custom-made products; before contacting us about delays, take note of the production times listed on this product sheet (always keep in mind that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays).
- Bulky products may experience delivery delays as they are delivered with dedicated transport.
- Remember: you can check the status of your orders and shipments at any time in the "Orders" section of your account by logging in to our site.

Clarifications
Different payment methods can affect shipping time. For example, if paying by bank transfer, we wait for the credit to be received before proceeding with processing the goods. Therefore, if paying at the time of purchase, you will need to wait at least 2/3 business days (time for the transfer to be received in our bank account) before processing begins, unless an instant transfer is made.
Some orders are split due to production needs (if the order contains items manufactured in different locations). The customer pays shipping costs only once but will receive the goods with two separate orders and different production times. This will, of course, be communicated to the customer in advance.
When part of the order is ready for shipping, it is sent to the recipient while the remaining part of the order is automatically put on back-order and will be shipped as soon as possible.
Before making a purchase, if it is urgent, please note that the indicated date may vary due to organizational and logistical reasons, sometimes not directly attributable to our company.
Delivery Tips
When receiving the goods, take these small but important precautions:
- Check that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated on the shipping document;
- Check that the packaging is intact and undamaged with visible holes, Bartolini tape, or metal straps;
- When possible, unpack the product immediately and check for any damage.
