Credit cards accepted include Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Bancomat pay, and PostePay (American Express is NOT accepted). Payment with credit cards guarantees maximum reliability, confidentiality, and transaction security thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. If you are requested to enter the Smart 3D-Secure (security code linked to credit card payment security) and you don't have it at hand, try contacting your bank's customer service to activate it. If you enter the 3D secure code but see "payment failed" or "invalid payment", try contacting your bank to ensure everything is correct. If it is, do not attempt the purchase further, but contact our customer service for additional checks.
In the case of a negative payment, you can try the payment again or make a bank transfer; if there is no communication to the company, the order will be automatically canceled after 2 days.

PayPal payments involve using your PayPal account or direct debit from your bank account or credit card associated with your account, as per the methods provided by the company.

The reason for the bank transfer must include:

1. The Customer Order Number or Name and Surname of the person who placed the order;
2. The bank transfer will be considered valid if credited within 3 business days from the order placement.

Pay in 3 interest-free installments

The payment in 3 interest-free installments will be automatically collected from the debit or credit card you enter at the time of payment.

The first payment is made when the order is confirmed. The second and third installments are collected 30 and 60 days after the first installment, respectively.
