The straight and pure lines of the wide hole roller shutter combine the contemporary design with the functionality of a shutter which, unlike the traditional ones, offers, with the fabric lowered and with the holes open, greater ventilation, entry of sunlight , external visibility in total respect of privacy and security. Furthermore, its shape allows to use both external and internal winding during assembly.
The aluminum roller shutter is a type of roller shutter that falls into the category of metal shutters and it is recommended to use the guides with brush to avoid wear at the ends of the slats and to reduce the noise due to movements, or in the presence of wind if the profile of the shutter rubs against the galvanized guides.
The shutter inside the slats has a polyurethane foam insulation, the closed cell structure and the high cross-linking density give the roller shutter characteristics such as good heat stability, considerable resistance to compression and excellent insulating properties.
slats have a height of 30mm (8,5x30mm) and the slots will be 3x90mm wide. The flat profile is suitable for installation in external boxes as the two sides of the profile are perfectly equal and by installing the inverted box you will not notice the difference. The weight of the shutter is approximately 3.20 kg per square meter.
